This page describes the cookies and similar technologies Anubhu actually uses today. We keep this list accurate to what is deployed — we do not claim categories of tracking that are not present.

1. Strictly necessary

We use browser localStorage/sessionStorage to remember an anonymous session identifier for your feedback session, so a single visit's ratings and comments can be linked together. This is required for the feedback flow to function and is not used for advertising.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies and uses similar identifiers to measure site usage (e.g., page views, general navigation patterns). Analytics events on the feedback flow are limited to identifiers such as entity/session/moment IDs and the mood selected — we do not send feedback text, names, emails, phone numbers, or receipt contents to Google Analytics.

3. Preferences

We do not currently use cookies for storing user-selected preferences beyond what is described above.

4. Advertising

We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel or Google Ads conversion tracking) on the customer feedback pages. If this changes, we will update this page before any such technology is deployed.

5. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect some site functionality.
