Anubhu is a software platform (HealthPray Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (operating as Anubhu)) that helps restaurants and other businesses ("Business Customers") collect real-time feedback from their customers. Anubhu provides the technology; each Business Customer determines how it uses feedback and customer contact information collected through its own feedback page, subject to this Policy and our agreements with them.

• Business Customers (restaurants and other venues) are Anubhu's paying customers. They determine why feedback is collected and may contact a consumer regarding feedback they submitted. A Business Customer may only send promotional/marketing email to a consumer who has separately opted in to receive it from that specific business.
• Anubhu processes consumer information on behalf of Business Customers to provide the feedback platform. We do not treat feedback contact information as marketing consent, and we maintain records of marketing consent and unsubscribe actions where Anubhu facilitates email delivery on a Business Customer's behalf.
• Consumers (customers of a Business Customer) can submit feedback without being required to subscribe to marketing, may optionally provide contact details, may separately request follow-up regarding their feedback, and may separately opt in to promotional email.

• Ratings and mood selections (e.g., happy/unhappy)
• Free-text feedback, comments, photos, voice, or video submitted with feedback
• Name, email address, and phone number, when voluntarily provided
• Restaurant/location information associated with the feedback
• Date and time of submission
• IP address
• Device and browser information
• Cookies and similar technical identifiers (see our Cookie Policy)
• Loyalty program information, where a Business Customer offers a loyalty program
• Coupon or reward information, where applicable
• Receipt images, where a Business Customer's loyalty program supports receipt uploads

• Delivering feedback to the relevant Business Customer
• Customer-service follow-up requested by the consumer
• Operating loyalty and rewards programs offered by a Business Customer
• Fraud, abuse, and security prevention
• Analytics to operate, maintain, and improve the platform
• Promotional communications — only where a consumer has separately opted in for a specific Business Customer, and only for that Business Customer

We use a limited set of third-party service providers to operate Anubhu (e.g., cloud hosting, messaging, and payment providers). See our Subprocessor list for the current list and their purposes.

We retain feedback and associated information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform to the relevant Business Customer, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and are configured to be revisited as Anubhu's retention tooling matures (see our engineering documentation for current defaults).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, or to unsubscribe from marketing email from a specific business, use the unsubscribe link in that business's email, or contact us at [ANUBHU PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will route your request to the relevant Business Customer and/or fulfill it directly where Anubhu is the data processor.

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and Anubhu does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Anubhu's infrastructure may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where applicable, we take steps intended to provide an adequate level of protection for information transferred internationally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. (Version: 2026-09-v1)
