By submitting feedback or otherwise using the Anubhu feedback experience, you agree to these Terms.

Anubhu enables you to share ratings, comments, and other feedback about your experience with a Business, and optionally to provide contact details for follow-up or to receive rewards.

Anubhu provides the software platform used by the Business. The Business determines how it responds to your feedback and, where applicable, how it communicates with you. Anubhu processes information on the Business's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may submit feedback without providing your name, email, or phone number, except where a specific feature (such as delivery of a requested coupon) requires it. Providing contact information does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Content that infringes another person's rights
• Malicious code or attempts to interfere with the platform's operation
• Sensitive personal, financial, or medical information you do not intend to share with the Business

Anubhu and its licensors own all rights in the platform. You retain ownership of the feedback content you submit, and grant Anubhu and the relevant Business a license to use it to operate the feedback and response features described in these Terms.

Where a Business offers a loyalty program, coupons, or rewards through Anubhu, additional program-specific terms provided by that Business may apply.

Where supported, you may upload a receipt image to participate in a loyalty or rewards program. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content of any receipt you upload.

The platform may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, messaging or review platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
